  • Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged more than once for the same service.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed Services: Once the service has been completed and delivered.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred on behalf of the client, such as advertising spend, software subscriptions, or other third-party services.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Once a digital marketing campaign has been launched, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing campaigns.

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered if:

  • Service Cancellation: The client cancels the service before completion, and work has been partially completed. The refund amount will be prorated based on the work completed up to that point.

4. Refund Process
